General information: Please carefully read the terms and conditions (hereinafter to as the „Conditions“) for using the Gourmet Plus card (hereinafter only referred to as the „Cards“ or „Card“). By confirming the Conditions mentioned below, you agree that you have read and understood their content and you have no objections. Hereinafter you agree that these Conditions are the legal agreement between you and Gourmet Plus Group s.r.o., ID No: 285 14 360, of Praha, Praha 6 – Suchdol, Sedlec, Kamýcká 246/4c, postcode 160 00 (hereinafter referred to as „GPG“ or „company GPG“). By sending the application form, confirming payment for the Card, or obtaining and keeping the Card, you agree to be bound by the Conditions. This agreement is valid until the Card’s expiry date.

Gourmet Plus Card: The Card has a cream color and it includes the name of the Cardholder (hereinafter only referred to as the „Client“),the identification number and the expiry date. The data is written on the front of the Card. The Card is the property of GPG. The Client is renting the Card against the list price (hereinafter only referred to as the „Payment“). The Client has the right to posses the Card upon settling the Payment.

Benefits: Being authorized to hold the Card allows the Client to make use of available Benefits in Partner restaurants, bars and cafés (hereinafter referred to as „Partner establishments“) at their discretion, (see Restrictions).

Benefits are applicable as follows:

(i) 30 % discount off total à la carte bill (applicable to both non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks);
(ii) 2-for-1 offer (The client only pays for the more expensive menu, meal or beverage when dining in the Partner establishment);
(iii) 50 % discount on food

(hereinafter “Benefits”). Availing of Benefits is conditional upon submitting a valid Card to the appropriate person in the Partner establishment. This person has the right to request proof of the Client’s identity. The Benefits can be used by the Client and up to a maximum of 11 other people accompanying him (there is a maximum limit of one Card for one group of people/one occupied table) for one visit to the Partner’s establishment. The Benefits can be used for the full duration of the Card’s validity and there is no limit on frequency of use in any of the Partner establishments.

Partner restaurants, bars & cafés: By agreement of cooperation with GPG each Partner establishment is obliged to provide the discount to all Clients. The current Partner establishment list is published at www.gourmetplus.eu (hereinafter only referred to as the „GPG Website“) in the Restaurants, bars & cafés section, and it is regularly updated.

Card validity: The Card is valid for 12 months from the day of Payment. The Card on the name is non-transferable. You are obliged to promptly notify GPG if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Card or identification number or if your Card is lost or stolen.

Payment and Delivery of the Card: The Card can be purchased on the GPG Website in the Get your Gourmet Plus Card section. Possible credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, EC/MC, EC/MC Maestro and Diners Club. Other methods of payment include a bank transfer or cash (courier). The Card will be delivered to the desired address within 10 working days from the day of Payment.

Payment Security: GPG has full authorization to execute payments via the Internet or by telephone. The Client is required to contact us in case of difficulties with making the Payment. Possible claims can be lodged in writting within 3 weeks of the day of Payment. PaySec as method of payment is also available.

Liability: The Partner establishments provide Benefits based on a contractual relatiotionship with GPG. GPG is not responsible for the observance of the arrangement by individual particular Partner establishments. Any complaints are to be lodged directly with the particular Partner establishment. GPG does not guarantee and is not responsible for any possible disputes and/or claims between the Client and a Partner establishment. GPG reserves the right to change the range Benefits or to cancel them. It also reserves the right to change the list of Partner establishments without prior notice or agreement with the Client. Current information is always available on GPG’s Website.

Personal data: At the same time, the Client to his being registered by GPG on the Client list, which is administered in connection with the distribution of the Cards. The Client also hereby gives its consent for GPG to process and store all personal details, including a Social Security/National Insurance number; in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 of th Collection of Laws. Furthermore, the Client consents to any future future marketing use of this data, i.e. offering the Client products and services and sending business information by electronics means in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll. This agreement is valid up to the moment of written cancellation. The Client’s personal data will be kept and used by GPG only. Special offers will be sent to the Client’s e-mail address or by SMS, provided that the Client specifies these details in the registration form. In accordance with the terms of this agreement GPG will not provide nor make accessible to any third party data provided by the Client.

Termination of contract: It is only possible to terminate the contract represented by these conditions (hereinafter referred to as „Contract“) in writting up to three weeks aftr the day Payment is received. Fulfilment of these conditions will result in the termination of the contract. Money will be refunded to the Client’s account or in cash (in accordance with the Client’s wishes) only upon receipt of the Card and original tax certificate. Furthermore, the Client must not have already made use of any of the Benefits available with Partner establishments. Upon fulfilling these prerequisites, a full refund will be made within five working days. The Client has also the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that GPG considerably reduces (by 50%) the range of Benefits (see “Liability”). This right can be exercised up to three weeks after the moment such a reduction of Benefits occurs. In this case, the Contract can be cancelled as of the moment when the Client’s wish to withdraw from the Contract is delivered in writing to GPG. GPG will return to the Client an aliquot part of the original Payment corresponding to the period between the expiry date of the contractual relationship established by the contract and Card’s expiry date.

Restriction: Possible restriction or limitation of usage the Benefits is stated in profile of each Partner establishment. Benefits are not available in conjuction with other dining or benefit cards, vouchers and special offers – a daily lunch menu, brunch or special restaurant offer and may not be available in Partner establishments on certain days or public holidays, e.g.: St. Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year's Day. In case of other restriction this information has to be stated in visible in the menu of the Partner establishment. Partner establishments reserve the right to refuse group reservations and complete exclusivity requests due to full capacity. Partner establishment have the right to change the menu without prior notice. Please contact the Partner establishment prior to booking in order to confirm the availability, benefits and current menu. The discount does not apply to tobacco products.

Content of GPG Website: All benefits promoted in the GPG Website are offered in good faith. GPG tries to ensure that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Nevertheless, minor errors may occur for which GPF fully apologizes. All of the content featured or displayed on this website is owned by GPG. All rights are reserved. No materials may be copied, modified, published, broadcast or otherwise distributed without the prior permission of GPG.
